What can I expect when I call an Admissions Specialist?
When you call, we will conduct a free, confidential telephone assessment. This assessment will help us determine if Hanley is the most appropriate treatment center for you or your loved one. Our compassionate team will answer any of your questions to ensure that we can best meet your individual needs. If Hanley is not a fit for you or your family, we will make a referral to an appropriate facility.
Will I have to discuss my life with dozens of people?
When you call us, you will be assigned a personal Admission Specialist who is responsible for overseeing your entire journey. You will not be passed between staff members. We understand that talking about addiction and your personal life is difficult and uncomfortable. Our goal for this process is to make it as comfortable as possible, from your first call and throughout your entire stay.
What if my family member needs an intervention?
Sometimes, the person suffering from addiction doesn’t see themselves as needing help and refuses treatment. One of our Admissions Specialists can help to determine if your family is in need of a professional intervention and make referrals to a qualified interventionist. Even in these situations, recovery is still possible.
What will my costs be for treatment?
The cost of residential care includes detox, medical care staffed with nurses 24/7, psychiatric care, services provided at our Center for Brain Recovery, therapeutic services, housing, and meals. Speak with an Admissions Specialist for specifics regarding cost and insurance options.
Does Hanley provide detoxification services?
Hanley offers onsite medically supervised inpatient detoxification, which is included in our residential treatment programs.
What family involvement is included in the treatment process?
Hanley considers addiction and alcoholism to be family diseases that affect the entire family system. Our goal is to heal the whole family. Families are encouraged to participate in our five-day Family Program, which combines therapeutic interaction with the patient and with other families, education, and support. After admission, one of our Family Program team members will call to discuss Family Program dates and options.
